... hep hep! It's what you call "ginataang kuhol" (snail cooked in coconut milk). It actually tastes fine. You eat it by sucking on the shell's hole for the snail to come out, if it doesn't!~~then that's what toothpicks are for. Haha. Mich had a hardtime sucking the snails out but after 3 tries she ate like a pro. :P Yeah, I said it tasted like soil. :P
