Try taking Valda Pastilles instead. It's more soothing and cooler than Strepsils or that expensive Deflam. I always have a pack stored in my kikay kit. It has been my defense against cold in Hongkong. And most of all--it works. Plus, it's a terrific breath freshener. ;)
But of course, this is not a cough syrup. So if you find yourself spitting phlegm it's time to consult your doctor. Ciao!
