The Phenomenal Philippine Fashion Ball.

Last night was one of the most magical nights I ever had--it was the first Philippine Fashion Ball!!! The prestigious event gathered all designers, models, stylists, photographers, celebrities all in one place which was Manila Peninsula's Rigodon Ballroom. Being in the same room with the who's who of the industry and the fashion legends was just soooo surreal. :) It may now be over but I'm still not over it. Haha. It was amazing.

Anyway, I got invited with a few other blogger friends. I only had 2 days to prepare but I'm glad as to how it and I turned out. LOL. I'm so lucky to have a few designer friends who were willing to lend me some of their creations. I chose the fabulous Dimple Lim gown! It fits me perfectly and I feel amazing in it. So... here's what I wore. :)

We got there early, so Aie and I decided to take outfit shots. Bumped into Alex while we were busy taking photos! Hehe.

We then lined up outside the room to each make our grand entrance--as in GRAND ENTRANCE. It was super nerve-wracking! We had to literally walk the red (or black?) carpet one at a time and pose in front of a crowd of photographers (think awards night). It was so awkward!!! What made it even more awkward was Gretchen Barretto who was right behind us. But she was nice don't worry. :) BUT! The awkwardness doesn't end there. After walking the red carpet, at the end of the hall, is a ramp going inside the main ballroom. Imagine walking inside again one by one with a gazillion photogs infront, posing at the end of the ramp before going down the main floor--while the whole room watches. Told ya, awkward!!!
