Retro Summer + Giordano Concepts Store

Giordano is a brand close to my heart because it witnessed the defining years of my life, you know, the 90s. Bulgaran na ng age. Haha! I remember obsessing over their classic plain shirts (with an embroidery of the iconic man) and their classic white socks that has an embroidery of a frog! Classic super. Anyway, Giordano has truly come a long way. And I am brimming with pride and happiness over the brand's success and all their new ventures  these past years and months. The brand has evolved--in a good way-- and I'm happy to be there to bear witness and experience it! Their recent project is their new store at The Block, SM North EDSA called CONCEPTS by Giordano. Concepts is basically a huge store which houses all 6 of Giordano's lines. Photos starting with an outfit post!

Inside, it resembles a little village that showcases 6 of Giordano's lines, retaining its personal brands. 

 Giordano Junior - their line for kids ages 4-14 years old! So cuteee. 

 BSX - their American street wear brand for the young people. If you like statement shirts or sweaters, this brand is for you! This might be my favorite too kahit pang boys. Love the clothes!

I went around the whole store and picked out my favorite pieces! I took home pieces that are mostly from their new collection, Retro Summer! So meee.

Giordano's S/S 2015 collection Retro Summer, is all about vintage luxe. The campaign is all about modern retro vibes and a classy trip to 60's Riviera .They also relaunched the classic frog logo!!! Woots. The collection is all about classic silhouettes like long sleeve shirts and shorts, in nature’s soft hues. Linen, the campaign’s key material offers breathability and comfort for the hot humid weather. Tees and polo in easy-to-wear fits are also available in mélange and slub fabrications to compliment linen and complete the vintage textured feel. ;)
