I've only been acquainted with French travel/luggage bag brand Lipault recently and so far, I am obsessed with it! I thought it's just another foreign & expensive bag brand, but I was wrong. As a blogger & stylist, it has been my go-to bag & brand for casual or dressier days. They carry a very diverse collection which includes wallets, clutch bags, handbags, shoulder bags, laptop bags, backpacks, luggages and many more! Best part? The colors are super pretty & TDF. So this is my favorite Lipault piece which I've been using and abusing for months now! I use this black patent sling bag, especially during my too-tamad-to-dress-up days. I love how I could just wear a plain shirt, denim shorts, white sneakers and then this bag and my look instantly level up. In Nico's words, lakas daw makayaman. I agree! :)
I was hesitant to use this bag at first, thinking it might be too casual or too gray. But what do you know! It grew on me and I eventually fell in love with it! Now, it's one of my most used bags! Haha. It's spacious even if it looks tiny. I love the color, the style, the size! :) I could be girly or tomboy-ish and it would look great with any outfit. Loveeee.
The event formally kicked off with a welcome talk by Ms. Ciely Buenviaje, Lipault Country Manager, after which the crowd was regaled with live Parisian-themed music from a band. Only then was the latest collection brought out in a fashion show that highlighted the vibrant hues of the season.
"We're excited to show off the latest with Lipault, how this season's collection celebrates the land of lavander and cicadas", Buenviaje said. "From the bags, luggage pieces, the leather goods, and the accessories, the feel of a Cote Azure summer shines through with our latest offerings."
Emphasizing this sunny outlook were the three colors that form the core of the collection: Almond Green, which evokes nature's beauty with its landscapes of olive and almond trees; Riviera Blue, which recalled the deep azure of the Mediterranean Sea; and Pink Gold, reminiscent of the iridescent tones that rules in St. Tropez parties.

From handbags to travel bags, briefcases and suitcases, Lipault has established itself as the colorful Parisian bag brand.

I love the silver chain strap, magnetic snap closure and patent black color!
I am quite clumsy, so this hides dirt easily and I love how I could easily get my things inside because of the snap closure.
