I have my own home office, but there are days when I feel uninspired and just wants a change of scenery. So I often look for cozy cafes or other places where I can work in. For the longest time, I've been looking for a nice coworking space (an office that is open to the public for a fee) that is affordable and offers all the amenities which a freelancer like me could need--and guess what? I think I finally found THE one! :) Yesterday, I got invited to check out KMC's newest branch in Cyber Sigma building in Taguig and it did not disappoint. I left feeling excited to actually try it out! Here are photos from the launch...
KMC is the largest flexible workspace provider (serviced offices and coworking space), not just in the Philippines but of any one specific country in Southeast Asia. Their workspaces are mostly located in class A, PEZA-accredited buildings in the Metro. Currently, they have 7,000 desks and 37,000sqm throughout 14 locations across the country. By July, there will be 8,400 desks and 45,650sqm throughout 17 buildings across the country! WOW! Aside from office space, KMC also provides HR & Payroll support for companies that need full-time virtual staff, as well as spaces for corporate functions. So convenient!!!

When we were touring around I noticed that most of the rooms are already occupied by different companies. They're one of the most trusted since 2009! The two floors have a combined gross leasable area of approximately 7,000 sqm, beating out V Corporate Centre as the largest serviced office.
