UNIQLO Celebrates 10th Anniversary + UT Pilipinas Launch

There are only a few brands that have consistently been with me in my 10-year journey as a blogger/content creator, and one of them is UNIQLO. Last June 10, I attended their 10th-year anniversary celebration at the Uniqlo Flagship Store in Glorietta and it got me feeling super nostalgic! I can still remember attending Uniqlo events 8-9 years ago, and now they're celebrating a decade of providing Filipinos their everyday clothing needs. Read on to know more...

To celebrate this momentous occasion, Japanese global apparel retailer UNIQLO is giving their loyal shoppers exciting launches and promos throughout the month of June! It is their way of thanking Filipinos for continuously supporting LifeWear. 

“We are very grateful to the Filipinos for welcoming us when we arrived here in 2012. We are very honored to be part of our customers’ everyday lives, providing them with our LifeWear clothing for their ever changing lifestyles and needs—essentially giving life to our LifeWear brand,” says Masato Kusumoto, UNIQLO Philippines Chief Operating Officer.

To mark their 1st decade in the Philippines, Uniqlo collaborated with well-loved & iconic Filipino brands for their UT Pilipinas collection. They partnered with brands that have helped shape our culture like Jollibee, San Miguel, Selecta & National Bookstore! Here are photos from the launch...

We went inside the store to check out the new UT Pilipinas collection, as well as the other special collections featuring Final Fantasy, Gundam, Doraemon, Pokemon, LEGO, and Mickey & Friends. Uniqlo also has special collaborations with the Museum of Modern Art, Magnum Photos, and automakers. Peanuts, the winning design from the UT Grand Prix (UTGP) will also be available!
